Identification Data

Name, surname, email provided in registration or contact forms.

Browsing Data

IP address, browser, and access logs for security and operation.

Service Usage

Frequency of feature use (invoices, AI) for technical assistance.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

Service Provision:Account management and assistance (performance of contract).

Product Improvement:Anonymous analysis to optimize features (legitimate interest).

Security:Protection against fraud and attacks (legal obligation).

Legal Compliance:Compliance with Swiss tax regulations (legal obligation).

4. Recipients and Transfers

Data resides on secure servers in Switzerland and the EU. We use certified infrastructure with high security standards. Any transfer outside the EU is protected by standard contractual clauses.

5. Data Retention

Account data persists for the duration of the contract. Tax data is kept for 10 years (Swiss regulation). Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.
