The controller of personal data processing is Vudu AI Labs Sagl, with registered office at Via Da Scima 21, CH-6528 Camorino, Switzerland.

IP address, browser, and access logs for security and operation.

Frequency of feature use (invoices, AI) for technical assistance.

Data resides on secure servers in Switzerland and the EU. We use certified infrastructure with high security standards. Any transfer outside the EU is protected by standard contractual clauses.
5. Data Retention
Account data persists for the duration of the contract. Tax data is kept for 10 years (Swiss regulation). Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.

End-to-end TLS/SSL encryption, daily redundant backups, and limited access to ensure the integrity of your business documents.
