Vosia is designed to simplify Swiss accounting. Whether you are a freelancer, an artisan, or an SME owner, you'll find all the tools you need to manage your finances.

2First Login & Setup
Registration
- 1Enter your name, email, and choose a secure password.
- 2Verify your email address by clicking the link you received.
- 3Log in to your new Vosia account.
Pro Tip: Use your business email address to keep professional communications separate.
Company Setup
Upon your first login, you will be asked to enter your company details:
QR-IBAN vs Standard IBAN: To issue QR-bills with a structured reference, make sure to enter a QR-IBAN (which starts with CH and contains a special IID reference number).
Language and Formatting
Vosia natively supports 4 languages (Italian, English, German, French).
- • Web: You can change the language from the top right menu on the web app.
- • Mobile: On the mobile app, go to Settings > Language.
Dark / Light Theme
Vosia automatically adapts to your system preferences. You can force the dark or light theme from your Profile Settings.
