2Creating an invoice
Step-by-step instructions

1. New invoice
Go to 'Invoices' and click on 'New invoice'.

2. Select customer
Choose an existing customer or create a new one.

3. Add items
Enter products or services, with their quantities and prices.

4. Save and send
Save the draft, finalize the document and send it directly via email.
Tip
You can directly convert an accepted quote into an invoice with a single click.
3Invoice statuses
Invoice in preparation, not yet valid.
Invoice sent to the customer, awaiting payment.
The payment deadline has passed.
Payment has been received and recorded.
4QR-Bill Setup
To generate invoices with a QR code, you must first configure your bank details.
Requirements:
- Valid Swiss IBAN (or QR-IBAN) number.
- Complete company address registered in the settings.
- QR reference number (if using a QR-IBAN).
